Tobacco: A hot issue for smokers

The UK has announced a new bill will be introduced to parliament this week, which will see "smoking kills" warnings needing to be placed in red ink on individual cigarettes. Any manufacturers who do not follow the new rules would face jail time and significant fines.

The biggest factor contributing to a person's likelihood for developing lung disease was how long a person was a smoker the longer they smoked, the higher the risk.
