Super Quick Lentil Curry: Metabolic Balance Style

Super Quick Lentil Curry

Serves 2

2 cloves garlic

2 tsp ghee

1 tin lentils, drained and rinsed

250-300g vegetables

2tsp vegetable stock paste

2 tsp Curry powder (make your own with the recipe from Cookidoo)

500g water

Add garlic to bowl and chop 2sec/speed7

Scrape down sides and add ghee. Cook 3mins/varoma/speed 1

Add in vegetables and chops 4seconds/speed5

Add in other ingredients and cook 15mins/varoma/speed 1

Serve.
