An Amazing Recipe from Beth: LSA Porridge

Nutritious and easy to prepare. This is how Beth, one of our breast cancer survivors (and thrivers), describes her recipe.



1 apple

3 tablespoons LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

200 grams almond milk

1 pinch of cinnamon



1. Remove core of apple and chop into small pieces
2. Place in a saucepan and add remaining ingredients
3. Simmer gently until apple is soft and mixture thickens to a porridge like consistency

Beth suggests: I use a green apple when making this, and add 1 tsp of Henry Blooms bio-fermented 'Lychee Iced Tea with Green Tea' after it is cooked, for extra sweetness
